Equipment Structure
Feeding system

Crushing system

Function:
The crusher is used to crush the medical waste in the storage hopper, that is, to destroy it.
Microwave disinfection system
Composed:
Stainless steel cylindrical shell, screw conveyor, motor reducer, temperature maintenance device, ventilator, material detection device, spiral rotation counting device, microwave generator, microwave generator cold water device, temperature sensor, steam generator and its pipelines and Steam valve and other components.
Function:
The crushed and destroyed medical waste is sterilized in continuous operation (heating is performed by the dual effects of steam injection and microwave radiation).
Outfeed system

It consists of stainless steel cylindrical shell, screw conveyor, motor reducer, temperature maintenance device, material detection device and temperature sensor.
Function:
The temperature is maintained and the sterilized materials are transported to the designated residue transport truck.
Electrical control system
