1.Equipment introduction:
    Equipment type the crusher belongs to the advanced equipment in the technical field of animal corpse treatment equipment.

    The crushers produced by our company are divided into coarse crushing and fine crushing from the crushing particle size. In
terms of crushing times, coarse crushing refers to the primary crushing of materials, and fine crushing refers to the secondary crushing; From the size of crushed animal carcasses, they can be divided into light and heavy.
  
    Light crushers are used to crush small animal carcasses, such as all kinds of dead chickens, ducks, rabbits, pigs, sheep, etc; The heavy crusher can crush large animals such as horses, cattle and donkeys. The coarse crusher can crush the animal carcass into more than 30 blocks. The next process is generally transported from the material conveying equipment to the back-end equipment for deeper harmless treatment

     Based on the coarse crusher, the fine crusher is connected with different models of fine crushers under the discharge port to crush the coarse crushed blocks twice.
  
     The fine crusher is equipped with double fixed knives and double moving knives of different specifications and models, which can crush the blocks to less than 10mm. Customers can customize suitable equipment according to their specific needs.

5. Equipment operation:
 

5.1 Preparation:
    before starting the machine, first check whether there are materials, sundries and jamming in the crushing chamber; before
starting the machine every day, check whether all fasteners are completely fastened, and deal with them immediately if they are loose; check the lubrication of each rotating part before starting the machine

5.3 Machine operation:
     When the machine is running, the maintenance personnel should often go to the side of the machine to observe the operation: whether the machine has abnormal sound. If it occurs, first determine the position, and then stop the machine for inspection and treatment; whether the temperature rise of the motor is too high.

    Under normal conditions, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 ºC; check whether the bolts at the rotating part are loose. If they are loose, stop the machine immediately.

5.4 Shut dowu:
    Before the machine stops working normally, the feeding shall be stopped first, and the crusher can be stopped only after all materials in the standby are broken. In case of machine failure or dangerous situation, the power supply can be cut off immediately.
