1.product introduce:

The domestic waste incinerator is an equipment for burning domestic waste .The domestic waste is burned in the furnace and becomes waste gas into the secondary combustion chamber,It integrates automatic feeding,screening,drying,incinerator,ash cleaning,dust removal and automatic control.The new technical measures of high temperature combustion,secondary oxygenation and automatic slag unloading are adopted to meet the monitoring requirements of sewage discharge.
 

 

2.Introduction to grate:

 

Main furnace body → secondary combustion chamber → quench device → cyclone dust removal → water film dust removal → acid device → activated carbon device → nitrate lime injection → photocatalytic device → bag type dust collector → induced draft fan → chimney

3.Characteristic:
 

1. Automatic feeding and discharging system is set to avoid possible pollution caused by manual operation;

2. Secondary combustion design, the temperature in the furnace is above 1100 ºC ~ 1300 ºC, the flue gas is reprocessed, colorless, the combustibles are completely

ashed, and the volume reduction ratio is ≥ 97%;
