1.product introduction :
Incinerators can destroy and remove at least 99.99% of each hazardous chemical substance in the waste they treat. When there are some extremely harmful chemicals, the incinerator is required to eliminate and remove at least 99.9999% of the pollutants in the waste. Ash remaining at the bottom of the combustion chamber may need to be disposed of in a hazardous waste landfill

                  Secondary combustion chamber

 in order to fully mix the flue gas with the secondary air supply, the secondary combustion chamber adopts a high secondary wind speed, which is arranged downward at different heights.

The secondary air forms an imaginary circle in the center of the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas rises spirally driven by the secondary air, and the flue gas flow stroke is lengthened, so that the furnace space of the secondary combustion chamber is fully utilized, The residence time of flue gas in the secondary combustion chamber is prolonged, and the residence time of flue gas is 3.5s, so that the harmful substances in the flue gas are completely decomposed

                                  Quench device

An exhaust gas buffer device, a quench tower and an induced draft fan, and the induced draft fan, the exhaust gas buffer device and the quench tower are successively connected through a connecting pipe string;



The waste gas buffer device ensures that the incineration waste gas is provided to the quench tower for treatment slowly and uniformly, and then the waste gas is quenched through the quench tower, which can effectively treat the waste gas generated after high-temperature incineration, and solve the problems of environmental pollution, energy conservation and environmental protection.
