1. Description :

        High temperature making machine belongs to a harmless treatment equipment, harmless treatment drying method refers to in a closed high-pressure sandwich container, through the high temperature circulating steam in the sandwich of sick and dead animals, medical waste and other high-temperature sterilization treatment, high temperature steam does not directly contact with the material of a technology.
        The process with the method of high temperature and high pressure, processing center temperature of 140 ºC or higher, acuity 0.4 MPa pressure (absolute pressure), time or 4 h, and 30 minutes to heat/pressure, the material (slaughtered livestock and poultry carcasses, waste, hatcheries waste) into meat and bone meal and oil, in the process to produce harmful gases, through multistage processing, finally realizes the national standards.

2. Scope of application

This integrated medical waste microwave disinfection mobile processing equipment can handle infectious waste, damaging waste and pathological waste (except human organs and infectious animal carcasses) in the "Medical Waste Classification Catalog"
The microwave disinfection technology of medical waste is not suitable for the treatment of pharmaceutical waste and chemical waste in the "Medical Waste Classification Catalog".

3.System composition and product structure

The integrated medical waste microwave disinfection mobile treatment equipment is mainly composed of an automatic feeding unit, a closed silo unit, a multi-functional closed single-layer crushing unit, a microwave disinfection treatment unit, a discharging unit, an automatic control unit, a waste gas treatment unit, etc.

4.Microwave Sterilization Unit

The motor provides power; it mainly consists of the silo body, flange, sealing components, screed shaft, etc. The body of the sterilization chamber is welded with 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and has a pressure resistance of 210Kpa. The sealing components are mainly composed of high-carbon steel and heat-resistant packing. Layer crushing module, microwave generator connection.

5.Microwave generator
The medical waste material is in the microwave sterilization warehouse, and the working mode of the full warehouse is stopped and the stirring is reversed. The crushed medical waste enters a sterilization unit with N microwave generators for sterilization. The temperature of microwave sterilization is ≥95ºC, and the action time is ≥45min. During the sterilization process, an appropriate amount of water vapor is introduced, which can wet the material, make the material in a conductive state, and increase the absorption capacity of microwaves, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid and thorough sterilization. The sterilization process is carried out continuously, and the sterilization parameters are automatically controlled by software to ensure the combined sterilization effect of microwave and steam.
